Returning Defective or Damaged goods
If in the unlikely event you may receive your item damaged or defective due to either a printing error or damaged by the postal service, we will replace your item or refund you upon receipt of return.
Customers are required to report damaged goods immediately upon receiving items. we cannot replace damaged items if reported after 2 days upon receiving goods.
Customers are required to pay for returns postage only. As soon as we receive the damaged item we will send out a replacement as
soon as possible.
Change of mind or ordered in error
If you decide you would like to change your item or have ordered in error we can replace or refund your order providing items are returned in the exact same condition. We cannot accept returns on printed photos, custom printed items that have already been processed. We reserve the right to accept or reject any retuned items that may or may not meet our quality acceptance.
If you receive a print/photo that is not to standard or the quality is not on par with the original, please return the print/photo and we will happily try to increase the quality and replace. we cannot issue refunds and can only replace.
