Returning Damaged goods
If in the unlikely event you may receive your item damaged due to postal service, we will replace your item.
Customers are required to report damaged goods immediately upon receiving items. we cannot replace damaged items if reported after 2 days upon receiving goods.
Customers are required to pay for returns postage only. As soon as we receive the damaged item we will send out a replacement as
soon as possible.
Change of mind or ordered in error
If you decide you would like to change your item or have ordered in error we can replace or refund your order providing items are returned
in original unopened or unused condition.
The above returns procedures apply to all goods except printed items or custom gifts.
