How do I apply for the discount?
When registering on our site, simply select NHS/Police/Fire/Forces/Student and email us a copy of your I.D (to gary@speedy-prints.co.uk) so that we can confirm you are an NHS/Police/Fire/Forces/Student. When you have confirmed and when you sign in to the site you will see discounted product pricing. This will also entitle you to discount when popping into our store. Again just present your I.D when visiting us and claiming the discount on purchases.
Why hasn't my account been approved yet?
You will need to send us proof that you are entitled to this discount. Normally a picture of an ID badge will suffice.
We will allow 7 days from the date of registration for you to send your ID for verification. After this and if we have not received ID proof then your account will be set to a standard account and will not be approved for the discounted products.
Can I get the discount straight away when registering and checking out?
If you have already purchased a product before your ID has been verified then the discount will not apply to that order. We can only apply the discount when your account is verified. The best thing to do is, register on the site, send over your ID to gary@speedy-prints.co.uk and then await verification. once verified you can then enjoy discounted pricing on our products and services..
How much discount do I get in store, when i pop in?
If you present your ID when paying for products and services in store when you come to visit us, we will knock off 10% of your entire order. (excluding online)
