Our choice of postal services

When we dispatch your order we use the following postal services as required that best suits the type and size of the item(s) we send out.

Royal Mail 1st class signed for (1-2 business days)

Royal Mail 2nd class signed for (2-3 business days)

DHL next day

Postal order service films/disposables/slides etc and order dispatch

Once we receive the films/disposables. Due to the current situation It can take up to 7-14 days for us to fully process and dispatch the order. When we receive that best fits the type and size of the films (every couple days) this can take a couple days for us to unpack and put into processing. If your order has been updated to processing it means we have your films and they have joined our developing queuing system. After it has been developed it is then sent to our scanning department. This is where we require the 7-14 day time frame as there are thousands of films awaiting scanning. Once it has been scanned it is then printed and prepared for film cutting and sleeving. Once the cutting and sleeving is complete the order is then dispatched.

So your order should be ready for dispatch 7-14 days from the date your order gets updated to processing. This is the same with sending WeTransfer links. We are unable to prioritise any orders above others and we work on a first come first served basis.

Requesting a change of address prior to ordering. Please let us know if you require a change of address prior to ordering so we may update our records if our stated dispatch times exceed moving dates etc. If you require a change of address outside of the UK, please let us know prior to ordering. If an address has been confirmed when ordering and not updated and we have shipped to the confirmed address at the time of ordering, we will not be held liable for any loss or returns that may occur.  

All customers are responsible for sending their own films/disposables/slides etc.

We recommend using Royal Mail 1st class post.

Out of stock items 

Please note we will fulfil orders on any out of stock items which can take up to 10-15 working days and in some cases longer.
International orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail tracked and signed.

Domestic orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail 1st class signed.

When paying by card using WorldPay payments, please ensure that the billing address and postcode match that of the registered card. For security reasons we can only send orders to confirmed payment card addresses and our system will not accept non card registered billing addresses. 

Missing or lost
We do not offer refunds on orders that may go missing or are simply lost in the post. We will only replace orders where necessary if the item is indeed lost or undelivered. Sometimes delivery can take up to 3-6 weeks depending upon the delivery agents/couriers capacity. If the delivery goes past 12 weeks, which is when an item is deemed lost, we will look into replacing the order.

Reserve and pickup in store.
