How to order

• Upload a photo of the person that will require one set of passport photos
• Select whether you will need a digital copy sent to your email or both a digital copy and printed copy sent to your address
• Add to cart
• If you need additional sets you can either repeat the steps above or update the QTY for each photo in the cart itself
• Repeat the above steps for each individual/person
• PLEASE NOTE: If you select the digital only option and would like to receive your photo by email, please select (Send by Email only) upon checkout so that you will not be charged for postage..

We recommend wearing dark clothing for your photo.

Please follow the requirements below, failure to do so may result in a delay to your order.

Requirements:

• Looking straight ahead

• Not wearing glasses

• Use a flash and lighting that is equally distributed with no shadowing behind the person

• Showing upper torso, shoulders and top of the head (Please leave extra background so we can crop down to the correct dimensions - see second image for example)

• A plain, neutral, white/off-white background with no shadows

• Taken with a high resolution camera
• Do not use screenshots or photos shared by social media apps, eg. Whatsapp or similar, as these may be too low resolution.

If you are local, Passport application specific photos can be taken by our staff, in store, to ensure accuracy and acceptable requirements.
